Sales management Belux market for residential products and project solutions.
You motivate a team of 2 experienced sales managers, covering respectively “Vlaanderen” and “Wallonie”.
You focus on the region of Brussels and specific national key accounts. The main focus of your job is to develop and increase our sales in the project business (hospitality, office)
You maintain strong relationships with customers in the hospitality business and the office market (architects, hotel chains, leisure groups, builders, project managers, etc). You are in daily contact with all related stakeholders.
Your customers experience you as a reliable partner, appreciating your pro-activity and problem solving qualities, communication skills and expertise.
Master or Bachelor.
Excellent communication skills, team player, leadership skills, people oriented.
Experience in the interior design industry, more specifically in the project market in Belux and up to date network in this environment.
Negotiator, winner mentality. Able to work in a structured and independent way.
Fluent in Dutch and French (= must have !!!), good knowledge of English. Other language skills are an asset. Good IT skills.
