Production Sites
Lano Carpets has 3 production sites

Site 1 : Harelbeke
The head office of Lano Carpets and its initial production site are located in Harelbeke. This is where area rugs and broadloom (4 m) woven carpets are being produced. The production facilities, and their looms securing an annual production of about 1,200,000 m², are housed in an area of 3 ha. In the production of area rugs, wool represents 25% and synthetic yarn 75%. Important investments were made to equip the site with modern machinery.
Recently, the site has started producing outdoor area rugs to be used in verandas, round swimming-pools, under garden furniture, on terraces, etc.

Site 2 : Stasegem
The site of Stasegem, which is our biggest site (20 ha), produces broadloom tufted as well as woven (Axminster) carpets. Its 38 tufting machines have a yearly production capacity of 20,000,000 m². With a covered area of 14 ha, this plant relies on a vertically integrated production: yarn preparation, twining, heatsetting, tufting, dyeing, printing, latexing, storing and shipping of tufted and woven carpets. Our storehouse can hold 20,000 rolls of tufted carpets.
Site 3 : Forceville (NORTH OF FRANCE)
Lano has a third site in Forceville, not far from Amiens (France), which houses an ultra-modern spinning-mill with a capacity of 300 tonnes a month.
